One owner per thing
Every project has a single named owner. We don't decide by committee — the owner decides, writes down the reasoning, and carries the outcome. Making a wrong call isn't punished; not making one gets questioned.
Careers
Over 40 people across six disciplines, most of us remote. The common thread: everyone owns something, and the result of that thing is visible to everyone else.
Principles
These aren't values on a wall. Hiring, promotion and exit decisions get made against them.
Every project has a single named owner. We don't decide by committee — the owner decides, writes down the reasoning, and carries the outcome. Making a wrong call isn't punished; not making one gets questioned.
Product teams take a share of their product's profit; the ad side earns against campaign margin. Rates are written into the contract and visible internally. Nobody is surprised by what somebody else earns.
No time tracking, no screen monitoring. Quarterly targets are written down and progress is visible weekly. Where and when you work is not our business; what you ship is.
What we promise clients has to hold internally too. If we say something worked, we can show the number. If we can't show it, we don't say it.

Open roles

Channel selection, budget allocation and campaign structure. We're after a measurable campaign track record in messaging or short video.
Data engineer
The collection pipeline behind Radar and Nabız. Python, queue systems and large-scale scraping infrastructure.
Product designer (UX/UI)
Panel and Akış interfaces. Dark UI, dense data screens and experience building a design system.
Short-video producer
Brief to delivery on short-form video. Someone who can run a shoot and an edit, and reads format instinctively.
Ad operations specialist
Campaign setup, delivery monitoring and reporting. Detail-driven and comfortable in a spreadsheet.
Process
Long processes help nobody. You'll know where your application stands at every step, and a rejection comes with a reason.
Send work instead of a CV. A link, a file or a short write-up is enough. Reply within 5 working days.
45 minutes with the people doing the work. No trivia — we walk through a real problem together.
A paid, real task capped at four hours. If we use the output, we pay for that separately.
Salary, profit-share rate and first-quarter targets in one document. We tell you up front where there's room to negotiate.
FAQ
No. Seeing your work tells us more. A campaign result, a repository, a design file, or a short write-up of what you did and why is enough.
Yes. Remote roles have no location limit; the only requirement is being reachable during core hours (11:00–16:00 GMT+3). Payment runs through a contractor agreement in your currency.
Yes, at an hourly rate, whether or not you're hired. If we actually use the output we pay a separate usage fee on top.
Two intakes a year, in the data and creative teams. Internships are paid and can end in a full-time offer. We announce them on this page.
Yes — every candidate who reaches the conversation stage gets a reasoned answer. Feedback at the first screen is brief, but we never send an automated rejection.
Apply
Put the role in the subject line. If it's a role that doesn't exist yet, tell us in one sentence what you want to do. Every application gets a reply.
