1. Data controller

2. What we process

• Contact data: the name, email address and message content you share when you email us.
• Application data: the CV, portfolio and contact details you send when applying for a role.
• Technical data: server logs containing IP address, browser type and visit time.
• Advertiser data: contract, invoice and campaign reporting records.

3. Purposes

We process data only to answer your request, meet our contractual obligations, comply with statutory retention duties and keep the service secure. We do not profile visitors for marketing purposes.

4. Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies, advertising pixels or third-party analytics. It is built entirely from static files and makes no requests to external hosts — every asset, including the typeface, is served from our own domain.

5. Retention

Contact records are kept for up to 24 months, job applications for up to 12 months with the candidate's consent, and commercial records for 10 years as required by the Turkish Commercial Code. After that, data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with our hosting and email providers, and only to the extent the service requires. Where data is transferred abroad, the safeguards required by KVKK and the GDPR apply.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request correction or deletion, object to processing and seek compensation for damages. Write to privacy@varyexa.media and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Changes

When this policy is updated the date changes, and material changes are announced on the site.
